Blue Moon’ is extra-hardy; It blooms in late spring or early summer, and it’s cold hardy to -40°F (-40°C). The lilac-blue flowers are large, showy, and held in foot-long racemes that bloom up to three times each summer assuring fragrant blooms and unmatched beauty all summer long.
