We grow some amazing plants here. They are gorgeous, “Jack and the Beanstalk” strong, healthy and full of vibrant colors. We can’t wait to share them with our customers!
Secretly, though, what we are more excited to share with our community is some genuine conversation with our neighbors.
What have they been up to since last growing season? New jobs? New babies? How about that bountiful snow season?
Chewing the cud and getting a chance to build a relationship with our customers – that is what we are looking forward to this year. We want to start and further relationships that empower our customers. We want you to ask questions and challenge us to help find the right answers.
Don’t get us wrong, the plants are VERY important. Hearing stories about a beautiful, well cared for plant in a yard over Memorial Day or a flourishing hanging basket in August that came from CVG are things that make us giddy.
But being honest, growing exceptional plants is only a part of what we strive to deliver. We want our customer service and the experiences had in our greenhouse to be the focus…not just the sale.
We want our customers to feel so comfortable and welcome in our greenhouse, that they stop by for no other reason than to ask questions or to understand how to plant or grow something better. Whether you buy a plant or not isn’t as important as building your trust as your go-to source for information and good conversation.
This is our goal.
We aren’t perfect. Actually, we are a long way from it. But we are working as hard on our customer service as we are growing incredible plants. We are determined to give it our best to give you the best.
The best plants. The best service. The best experience.
