Our plants are amazing, but you would expect us to say that. Instead, take a listen to what they have to say about themselves.

Although I don’t mind a little, you will be hard-pressed to find a reason to throw me any shade. I am an early and late bloomer in the three most important seasons (yes, I threw shade at Winter). I like my hydration not too much and not too little with a bit of fertilizer. Please be okay with giving me my space – a couple of feet is ideal. I love to spread out a bit and put on quite the color show. And speaking of the show, although I put on a good one, my production requirements are relatively low compared to the other Petunia you may have heard of. (Hint: She and Porky were quite the item.)

Every garden (or hanging basket, container, etc.) needs some petunias, and we have the color variety ROY G BIV is made of…

Blue Ocean
Blue Stardust
Pinkceptional
Merlot Star
Watermelon Red
Blueberry Swirl
Dart Saturn
Night Sky
Pink Sky
Starry Sky Burgundy
Yellow
Jelly Roll
LimeLight
Main Stage Blueberry
Pinstripe
Starlet Magenta Star
…just to name a few.

Fantasia Pink Flare Zonal Geranium

I am not your mother’s geranium. Not that there is anything wrong with that. Actually, it is those roots I am grateful for. But, if you’re interested in diversifying your palette, I offer more than the standard red and white. A few of my tantalizing colors include:

Apple Blossom
Cardinal Red
Cranberry Sizzle
Dark Red
Flamingo Rose
Fuchsia Berry
Neon Rose
Orange
Pink Flare
Purple Sizzle
Salmon Bloom
Scalet
Shocking Pink
Strawberry Sizzle
Violet

My dark leaves give the perfect contrast to any of these rich colors. I dig uniformity and adding flare to landscaping, pots, and hanging baskets. I am nearly an all-seasons mate, and my petals can withstand a lot – except Old Man Winter. I am attractive to bees and hummingbirds and have built up a bit of resistance to deer. Give me a little space (10-12” to be exact), light water, take me out for a fertilizer cocktail once a week, let me soak in the rays, and I am sure to become one of your favorites.

I’ll be honest straight away – I can be a bit self-centered. I enjoy the solitude of being a self-clinging climber. I have been told that others have gotten lost gazing into my large, heart-shaped leaves and that the gray-green coloring of them is like the painting of Bob Ross. If well mannered, I can be tolerant of deer, rabbits, and drought. I am not as needy as some other ivy (you know who you are.) I just need some average watering, full to partial Vitamin D exposure, and an occasional trellis or pergola to ascend.

What you see is what you get. My name tells it all.

I bring all the drama to the yard with my bright pink heart, deep red contrast, and vibrant green outlined leaves. I like my soil moist, not soaked. As you can imagine, I like the spotlight so give me all the sun, please. I also like a good time, so frequently invite birds and hummingbirds over for some fun. But don’t worry, for as much personality as I bring to the yard or container, I am a pretty low maintenance find.
